VERITY purification systems
Features
Intelligent liquid handling design
VERITY HPLC Systems include a GX Liquid Handler, which features separated fluid paths between injection and fraction collection to prevent contamination for small volumes.
Flexible sample injection options
With its syringeless, solvent delivery system, VERITY 271 and 281 HPLC Systems accommodates injection loop volumes of 2 µL to 25 mL and sample mass of up to 15 grams per injection.
Pumping solutions
VERITY HPLC Systems can be configured with several pumping solutions with features such as multi-solvent selection, high pressure variable mixing, and interchangeable pump heads. Depending on the pump, achieve flow rates up to 200 mL/min and pressures up to 8700 psi (600 bar). Gilson pumping system are able to support isocratic, binary, and ternary gradients.
Configuration flexibility
With several valve options available, virtually any number of single- or multiple-column schemes can be accommodated.
Detection options
The detection options available offer the sensitivity and reproducibility you need to monitor your separations. Detection options include 171/172 diode array (DAD), 157/159 ultraviolet (UV) and/or visible (Vis), prepELS™ II evaporative light scattering (ELS), as well as conductivity and pH monitoring with the VERITY 1810 Monitor.
