The VERITY® CPC Lab System combines a PLC Purification System with a centrifugal partition chromatography (CPC) system for high-level target compound purification. Efficient and Streamlined Workflow

The reusable, silica-free columns offer high injection capacities of milligrams to kilograms. There are no columns to replace or silica to recycle, and no risk of blocked or contaminated columns. CPC uses five times less solvent and eliminates the need for pre-treatment prior to injection.

Save Time with Mass-directed Purification

Mass-directed purification saves time by targeting compounds of interest, reducing the overall number of fractions collected that require dry down, reconstitution, and analysis. In addition, the compact, chip-based VERITY 1910 MS Detector needs little maintenance, consumes less power, and conserves valuable bench space. The system requires no nitrogen or roughing pump and produces lower noise levels when compared to traditional mass spectrometry.

Ideal for Natural Product Purification

Because CPC does not denature fragile molecules, it is an ideal choice for natural extract fractionation and natural compound purification. Achieve 95% recovery with > 99% purity.

This fully automated system with dedicated Gilson Glider CPC software offers flexible reporting capabilities and an intuitive touchscreen interface that enables easy method writing and modifying of parameters.
