EXTRACTMAN offers a fast and gentle paramagnetic beads-based approach to isolating target proteins and is ideal for isolating elusive, weakly-bound protein complexes critical to protein interaction research. EXTRACTMAN isolation uses fewer steps than traditional magnetic bead-based procedures and isolates more transiently bound protein-protein interactions in comparison with traditional co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) techniques.
